-> Click on " Google menu"
-> Click on the account and then press "Remove account".
-> Restart your smartphone or tablet

-> Click on "Accounts"
-> Click on "Google" again to log back into your account.
-> Finally, Click on "Settings"

Error 403 is similar to Error 491 / 923 / 101, which means that downloads and updates are impossible, for some reason. The problem is usually caused by a conflict that occurs when using two or more Google accounts to buy apps on Play Store on one device.
Error 403 Solution: To resolve this error, follow the below steps:-
-> Log into the Google account that you bought the app with, uninstall it.
-> then hit the purchase/install button once again.
If the above does not work, then Removing your Play Store search history might remove the conflict. Follow the below step to do that
-> Go into the "Play Store Settings"

Note: Alternatively, you could try creating a new Google Play account and installing the app again using this account, although this is usually how the problem started anyway.

The play store Error 911 can be a little tougher to diagnose, as it is sometimes a problem with your current WiFi (wireless fidelity) connection, but can be solved be clearing Play Store data in some instances, like many other error codes.
If you are connected to a WiFi hotspot that requires a login, it is possible that the Error 911 appears because you need to re-authenticate your connection. After you have done that, open the app back up and try again. If you are still having issues after that, it is likely something to do with your WiFi network, so try a different connection or perhaps switch to your network data connection, if you have enough data and the app is small.
